Welcome to Edarasimi Farms by DRNL (“Edarasimi Farms”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, ordering services, deliveries, and purchases.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About Edarasimi Farms
Edarasimi Farms is an agricultural business operated under Donith Resources Nigeria Limited (DRNL).
We supply poultry, livestock, and selected farm products to customers within our service areas.
Our products may include:
- Live broiler chickens
- Live noiler chickens
- Live turkeys
- Rabbits
- Dressed poultry
- Palm oil
- Garri
- Spices
- Other farm and agricultural products
Product availability may vary depending on our farming cycles, stock levels, season, and supply conditions.
2. Product Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart or submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee that the product will remain available until payment or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
- Decline an order where stock is unavailable.
- Substitute a product where the customer has agreed to the substitution.
- Cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will communicate with the customer regarding the available options, which may include a refund.
3. Product Prices
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price is the price confirmed for your order at the time of purchase.
Prices may vary due to:
- Farm production costs
- Feed costs
- Seasonal changes
- Market conditions
- Supplier costs
- Transportation costs
Where a price has been incorrectly displayed due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to correct the price and contact the customer before processing the order.
4. Products Sold by Weight
Some of our products, particularly poultry, may be sold according to weight.
For example:
Live Broiler Chicken — ₦4,000/kg
The weight selected when ordering may represent the customer’s preferred or estimated weight.
Because live animals naturally vary in size, the final weight may differ slightly from the selected weight.
Where the difference is material, we may contact the customer to confirm the final weight and applicable price before completing the order.
5. Live Animal Products
Live birds and livestock are agricultural products and are subject to natural variations.
Edarasimi Farms does not guarantee that every bird will have an identical:
- Weight
- Size
- Appearance
- Growth rate
- Colour
- Physical characteristics
Customers purchasing live animals acknowledge these natural variations.
Once a live bird or livestock has been accepted by the customer, collected, or delivered and accepted, Edarasimi Farms will generally not accept returns simply because the customer is dissatisfied with its size, appearance, weight, or other natural characteristics.
6. Dressed Poultry
Dressed poultry is a fresh/perishable product.
Customers are expected to inspect their order upon delivery or collection.
Once dressed poultry has been accepted by the customer, returns will generally not be accepted except where the product is demonstrably defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.
Customers must store dressed poultry appropriately immediately after receiving it.
Edarasimi Farms is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage, delayed refrigeration, mishandling, or failure to follow reasonable food-safety practices after delivery.
7. Orders
An order submitted through our website constitutes a request to purchase.
An order is considered confirmed only after Edarasimi Farms has accepted the order and, where applicable, confirmed payment, product availability, quantity/weight, and delivery arrangements.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable.
- The requested quantity cannot be supplied.
- The delivery location is outside our service area.
- Payment cannot be verified.
- There is a suspected pricing or technical error.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
8. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment method communicated or made available by Edarasimi Farms.
For certain orders, particularly bulk, customised, or special orders, we may require full or partial payment before preparation or dispatch.
An order will not be considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been verified.
Customers should retain proof of payment until their order has been completed.
9. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are separate from product prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery fees may depend on:
- Customer’s location
- Distance
- Order size
- Type of product
- Delivery method
- Current transportation costs
Edarasimi Farms reserves the right to determine or confirm the applicable delivery fee before dispatch.
10. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the agreed or estimated timeframe.
However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Vehicle breakdown
- Driver availability
- Customer’s failure to provide accurate delivery information
- Security restrictions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
A delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control will not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms.
11. Customer Responsibility During Delivery
Customers must provide:
- Correct name
- Correct phone number
- Accurate delivery address
- Clear delivery instructions where necessary
- A person available to receive the order
Edarasimi Farms is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
12. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery or collection.
Any issue concerning:
- Wrong product
- Missing item
- Significant weight discrepancy
- Damaged packaging
- Product condition
should be reported to us as soon as possible, preferably before the delivery personnel leaves.
Photographic or video evidence may be requested where appropriate.
13. Returns
Because some of our products are fresh, perishable, live, or agricultural products, returns are not automatically accepted.
Returns or replacements may be considered where:
- The wrong product was supplied.
- A product was significantly damaged before delivery.
- There is a verified quality issue attributable to Edarasimi Farms.
- The order materially differs from what was confirmed.
Returns are generally not accepted for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect storage by the customer.
- Mishandling after delivery.
- Natural variation in bird size or weight.
- Products that have been consumed, cooked, processed, or altered.
- Delayed complaints where the condition of a perishable product can no longer reasonably be verified.
All returns, replacements, or refunds are subject to verification by Edarasimi Farms and applicable Nigerian law.
14. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the payment method or account details agreed with the customer.
Refund processing times may depend on the customer’s bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.
Delivery charges may be non-refundable where delivery has already been performed.
Where an order was cancelled because the customer provided incorrect information or was unavailable for delivery, any refund will be considered after applicable costs have been deducted where permitted by law.
15. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may be subject to different:
- Prices
- Payment terms
- Delivery arrangements
- Minimum quantities
- Availability conditions
Bulk orders may require a deposit or full payment before preparation.
Once preparation has commenced for a specially arranged bulk order, cancellation may be subject to applicable costs.
16. WhatsApp and Direct Orders
Customers may place orders through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, or other approved communication channels.
Orders made through WhatsApp or other channels are subject to these same Terms & Conditions.
A WhatsApp conversation or price quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the order has been accepted and the required payment or confirmation has been completed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, photographs are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary naturally in:
- Size
- Colour
- Shape
- Weight
- Packaging
- Appearance
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and make reasonable changes to product descriptions without prior notice.

Customers agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.

- Graphics

belongs to or is used lawfully by Edarasimi Farms, Donith Resources Nigeria Limited, or the relevant rights holder.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Edarasimi Farms will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes indirect or consequential losses resulting from:
- Delivery delays
- Product availability
- Customer-provided incorrect information
- Improper storage or handling
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Nigerian law.
21. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling an order where the failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Extreme weather
- Flooding
- Road closures
- Government restrictions
- Civil disturbances
- Power or network outages
- Transportation failures
- Disease outbreaks affecting livestock
- Supply disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Other unforeseen events
Where possible, we will notify affected customers and work toward a reasonable solution.

Customer information provided during an order may be used for:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from an order or use of our services should first be addressed directly with Edarasimi Farms in an effort to reach an amicable resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable Nigerian law.
